Galaxy. It is a planet of about 1.9 Earth masses with 5 moons. The entire planet is covered in a city over 10,000 levels tall, excluding the ocean that makes up around 30% of the planet's surface.

The City

The city is made of 10,000 levels. Level 10,000 is a very wealthy layer mostly made of penthouses connected by flying car paths. However, there are also expensive restaurants here.

Levels 9,999 to 9,000 are also quite wealthy, being home to Weegee's Palace, the United Gee's Parliament, The Tower of Extragalactic Affairs, and many other government buildings henned in by businesses and apartments.

Levels 8,999 to 6,500 are mostly occupied by the upper middle class, being home to larger homes and various cultural districts, such as Level 7,001, known as "Toontown" for its population of Toon characters. Levels 6,499 to 3,000 are home to a large majority of the population (the lower middle class). These levels can be quite dark, but some areas have light coming in through "speeder pits" that transport cars to very low levels.

Levels 2,999 to 250 are home to both industry and working class individuals. Darkness is prevalent at these levels, leading to protests about it. Crime is also a concern.

Levels 250 to 50 are very poor areas rife with slums, red light districts, favelas, and poorly maintained houses and businesses.

Levels 50 and below are extremely impoverished. Beings have mutated at these levels due to various pollutants released by the incinerators at these levels that clear garbage from the upper levels. Level 1 is home to a cantina used only by those wanting to keep the lowest possible profile. There is also one hidden underground level, home to a museum built by ancient Geemen almost 1,000,000 years ago, around the time Level 80 was built. It is officially known as Level 0.

History

Over 5,000,000 years before the Dethroning of Weegee, it was a lush, green world mostly consistent of rolling plains, although there were cold mountains in the equator. In the year 2,000,000 BD two species had arisen, the Uey'maå (an ancestor of the Geeman species) and the Frūmwæ (an ancestor of the Fremmlin species). These two species fought for land and resources until the Bubano species invaded. The two species both fought their invaders, and later reverse engineered their weapons after a mysterious infection turned the entire species into Frūmwæ. The war continued, but ended when the Frūm were exiled from their home planet by King Geeus XIX, who controlled the planet. After the war was won in 1,000,001 BD, the city began to grow, reaching Level 25 in under a month.

Moons

Baro: 0.6 Earth Masses in size, an ocean world with no civilization, but very bizarre marine life.

Caro: 0.5 Earth Masses in size, essentially the suburbs of the city, connected by a space elevator and has mansions dotting the surface.

Uro: Small asteroid about the size of Luxembourg.

Po: Tiny asteroid about the size of Barbados.

I: Miniscule asteroid about the size of Vatican City.
